The EBE system profiles represent Secco Sistemi’s response to the most demanding requirements of the conscious project. With the innovative thermal break joint technology in polyamide and polyurethane, EBE produces strong structural profiles with contained sections.
The tightness of the frames is guaranteed by a double seal system for the doors and by an open joint system with three levels of sealing for the windows. Moreover, thanks to the wide choice of opening types and the complete range of accessories, EBE profiles offer numerous possible variations to the design of the window.
The performance of the EBE thermal break system has been tested by the best European certification laboratories according to the reference standards EN 14351-1.
EBE 85 SLIDING RISER
EBE 85 evolves with the AS system, which makes it possible to realize large sliding glass walls, in which the doors of great size and weight can alternate with fixed mirrors: functionality and beauty coexist in the window that becomes both an advanced technical element and a sophisticated component in the facades and furnishings of the interior spaces. The system, in fact, designed to be versatile and flexible, maintains the excellent performance of the EBE 85 system and lends itself to the interpretation and implementation of the most innovative projects of contemporary architecture.
It combines high thermal insulation performance with very high values of air permeability, water tightness, wind load resistance and sound insulation. Available in two subsystems, the EBE 85 AS slide can take 94 mm in sections on all sides or, again, shrink to sections with a view of only 69 mm for the central node, the side uprights and the upper crosspiece.
EBE Style was born as a variant of the EBE 65 and EBE 85 systems, of which it maintains the innovative technology and high performance. It is characterized by the symmetrical moldings of the external profile of the door and the glazing bead. In EBE Style different techniques are integrated, such as the profiling and extruding of the brass with the innovative thermal cutting system.
The product combines the ability to dominate the typical technology of the industry with the versatile and creative approach of craftsmanship. Designed in the 65 and 85 mm versions, to guarantee maximum flexibility, EBE Style is available in OT67 brass, the noblest material in the Secco Sistemi range, which, once burnished, acquires warm tones and precious bronze reflections. With EBE Style it is possible to realize doors with internal and external opening, hinged windows with internal opening and pivot
EBE ML WITH A THERMAL CUT WITH SOLID WOOD COVERING
The ML system is designed to meet different project needs at the same time. Thanks to the structural rigidity of the thermal break steel profiles, it is possible to create large windows with sections of only 85 mm, much lower than those of wood. The depth of the metal profile also allows the installation of thick insulating glass with high thermal, acoustic and safety performance.
The ML frame is covered inside with solid wood headed at 90 ° and keeps the metal profile on the outside, reducing the need for maintenance. ML windows and doors can be in steel-wood, stainless steel-wood, corten-wood steel and brass-wood, with various finishes available, to integrate in the most diverse contexts
EBE AF WITH THERMAL CUTTING
The compartmentalisation of environments for the protection of people from the dangers of fire and smoke caused by fires – with the constraints and prescriptions imposed by fire-break technology – gives the designer the theme of integrating doors and anti-fire windows in a consistent way, combining them with other windows of the building.
Despite its high degree of specificity, the EBE AF EI system makes available to the project a range of glass doors and partitions – for internal or external use – with the same materials, the same shapes and thicknesses, the same accessories in view of the products Secco Sistemi: all the elements recognize each other, without highlighting a dystonia with the rest of the building. Thanks to a careful study on specific materials and internal components, including accessories and gaskets, the AF system allows to obtain windows that respond to the different classes of fire protection: EI 30 fixtures, which exploit the technology of the thermally insulated profiles of EBE systems
