Interventions on the plants
Legislative Decree 81/08, in art. 80 and 81 requires the employer (unless delegated to a Responsible Third Party) to perform regular maintenance of the plants, for the purpose of ensuring their efficiency, carrying out the necessary checks required by law. The Third Responsible fulfills his duties through careful maintenance.
Marotta Group offers scheduled maintenance services defined on the basis of the results of diagnostic activities carried out by its technical department. The scheduled maintenance includes a series of actions aimed at maintaining high levels of efficiency and reliability of the plants, identifying those defects that, if not eliminated in time, could degenerate into larger breakdowns, with amplification of damage and interruption of the production process .
After deepening the knowledge of the plant, the maintenance program will be prepared, whose formulation will depend on the current legislation, the type of system and the needs of the customer.
The maintenance program includes:
- Ordinary scheduled maintenance intended as preventive and predictive maintenance performed at predetermined time intervals
- Extraordinary Maintenance intended as maintenance aimed at restoring anomalies detected and / or reported.
Following the interventions carried out by our qualified technical staff, the verification documentation will be provided to the customer, having the characteristics required by the laws in force.
