PVC

The profiles used will be produced in compliance with RAL GZ 716/1.
All the main profiles will have a constant section, the frames will be made with 5-chamber profiles while the doors with 4-chamber profiles, provided with a main chamber for the insertion of metal reinforcements.
EPDM two-seal sealing system, one external positioned on the frame, plus a further internal seal on the door leaf. The doors and the beaten exchanges will be equipped with a special slot for mounting ribbon hardware.
The thickness of the external walls will have a minimum thickness of 3 mm and the depth of the frame profiles of 70 mm. The fixing of all the parts of the hardware will take place through at least 2 PVC walls, possibly also on reinforced steel parts.
The frames, the horizontal crossbars, and the leaves will be provided with a collection slot and drain holes for any water that may have penetrated, and for condensate deposits according to the directives, using staggered slots of 5 x 30 mm at several points .
