With the SA systems, the profiles of the metal structure that bears large and heavy-duty glazing can be particularly slender, with a special configuration that allows the construction of sturdy frames with excellent resistance to atmospheric agents and safety.
Although not a thermal break system, SA guarantees good insulation, thanks to the possibility to install glass with low transmittance values and to the limited dispersing metal surface.
The doors and windows SA, available in four materials – painted galvanized steel, stainless steel 304 and 316, corten steel and brass – and in two different versions – overlapping and coplanar – find application in the most varied contexts: in restorations, to reproduce the intersection of thin uprights and crosspieces and in the large windows of contemporary architecture, which require high technological performance from the system.
The performance of SA has been tested by the best European certification laboratories according to the reference standards EN 14351-1.

THICKNESS 2,0 MM
SA 20 is inserted in building contexts that require particular characteristics of strength and security for the window, even for large surfaces. For example, in banking locations, luxury shops, judicial offices or museum spaces.
The 2 mm thickness of the galvanized steel sheet guarantees solidity and resistance to burglary, thanks also to the welding assembly system, which allows the construction of monolithic frames with very high resistance. The thickness and the conformation of the profiles with the European chamber allow the application of certified accessories for any type of opening inwards and outwards.
The performances of SA 20 have been tested by the best European certification laboratories according to the reference standards EN 14351-1.

FIXED FIXED DOORS AND DOORS EW 30-60-90
SA AF EW 30/60/90 is an integrated system of accessories, gaskets and non-thermally insulated profiles with a depth of 55 mm and allows the production of a wide range of fire resistant glass doors and partitions. Individual glass or insulating glass with a thickness of up to 35 mm can be installed.
Each type is provided with appropriate certified accessories integrated into the system. The ability of the window to not allow the flames and hot fumes to pass through (fire resistance E) is guaranteed by the structural profile and by the double seal gasket system; the ability to contain the irradiation from the side not exposed to the flames (irradiation W) is obtained thanks to the special glasses installed.
The performance of the AF 30/60/90 AF system has been tested by the best European certification laboratories according to the reference standards EN 1634-1.
